Terms & Conditions

What do we offer?

We provide football coaching sessions for children ages 6 + all the way through to adults. These

sessions consist of 1-2-1, 2-2-1, Small Group Sessions, and Classes.

Payment

Payments are due in advance.

No refunds, all sessions that are cancelled will be credited and scheduled in for next block.

Any late or unpaid payments may result in being removed from sessions until payment has

been completed.

Cancellations/Refunds

(1-2-1) - For any 1-2-1 sessions that are cancelled will be credited in the next block.

(2-2-1) - If 1 player is to cancel, the session will become a 1-2-1 and price will change to the 1-2-1

rate. The added payment from the 1-2-1 session[s] will be added to the next month block fee.

The player who cancels will be credited for the session in the next block.

(Group) – These sessions will be credited for the next block if unable to attend due to valid

reason(s).

(Class) – There will be NO refund for class sessions.

There will be NO refunds for those who miss a session without any notice.

For all sessions excluding classes, parents/guardians/participant [over 18] must provide a

minimum notice of a day or the session will not be refunded.

Photography & Social Media

Throughout the session we may take photo and video footage to use for promotional

advertisement and educational purposes only. If this is something you would be against

you must let us know in the registration form/permission slip or in written form.

Health & Safety

Participants must turn up to sessions with suitable clothing and footwear.

We are not responsible for any injuries that occur throughout the session by participants

failing to follow or listen to instructions being provided.

If participants have any medical conditions or injuries, you must inform us prior to sessions.

Registration and Consent

A registration form must be completed by a parent/guardian or participants over age of 18

before participating in sessions. By completing this process, you consent to our coaching

and agree to our safeguarding.

Behaviour

When attending our sessions we expect participants to be respectful and act in a safe

manner. If this does not comply, we have the authority to remove the participant from the

session with no refund.

Liability

We are not liable for any lost/damage to any personal items or injuries that may occur

unless caused by our negligence.

Data Protection

We will deal with any personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the data

protection act 2018.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and disputes will be subject to the

jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
